What Is Giclee Printing?

The word Giclée is French for "sprayed ink". Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated digital printing process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions.

Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original images. Given the archival nature of the process, the combination of inks and paper we use your print will last upwards of 100 years.

Will We Be Creating Prints For Other Events?

Yes! We have a whole list of races in the pipeline. The design and illustration process is time consuming but we are committed to producing great quality products so please bear with us. If you have suggestions for events you would like us to include in the race prints range feel free to get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Ordering

How Does The Order Process Work For Personalised Prints?

To order a personalised race print, simply fill in the details requested on the product page and checkout as normal. We will then get in touch, generally the next working day, with the customised design proof of your product. It's very important that you check this over and ensure that everything is correct. We will use the exact information you provide to us so this is your chance to spot any typos. If you need any changes made simply let us know and we will send a revised proof for you to check and approve. We want to make sure your product is perfect for you. Once you are happy and have approved your proof, we will make your personalised print and delivered straight to you.

Will I See A Proof Before My Items Are Printed?

When you order a personalised race print - yes. We will send a digital proof of your design and so that you can make sure it is 100% correct for you before any final product is made.

Tee shirts are not subject to proof approval. Each tee is printed to order but to a set design.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards as well as Paypal,

How Is My Product Packaged?

Our unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, to ensure they arrive in pristine quality.

Our tee shirts are delivered in plastic-free packaging.

How Long Does It Take To Receive Personalised Race prints?

Once you have approved your digital proof, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

What If My Order Is Taking Too Long?

Our free standard shipping is sent Royal Mail first class. If you are concerned that it taking too long or hasn't arrived, drop us a line and we will track it down for you.

Do You Ship Internationally?

As well as manufacturing our products in the UK, we have teamed up with production facilities in the USA as well as mainland Europe. Each facility uses the same materials and processes to ensure the same exacting quality standards are available worldwide without the added cost, time and carbon footprint involved with international shipping.

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

Standard delivery on all our orders is free of charge.
If you need your item urgently, let us know and we will see how we can help.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Personalised Race Prints: As these items are made to order, they are not eligible for returns unless the item was damaged in transit or have been lost in the post. Just contact us and we will send out a new item.

Tee Shirts:

All of our tee shirts are printed to order so we ask that you use the size charts provided to make sure you receive the shirt that's right for you.

Should you need to discuss returning / exchanging an item please drop us an email at hello@morethanamedal.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that, although we offer free shipping on all of our products, we are unable to cover the cost of returns (with the exception of faulty goods). If the item you receive is faulty we'd appreciate it if you make us your first port of call so we can set about making things right.

What If I Need To Cancel My Personalised Order?

Once you have signed off your proof your order is non-refundable and may not be cancelled, sorry!

Does My Print Come In A Frame?

We do not currently offer a framing service (but are looking into it) but our prints are standard sizes that fit A3 or A2 frames , which are widely available.
